REALTOR: Beyond a career; real estate is my passion. Everyday, I search MLS to see what is new to the market, under contract or sold throughout Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg. Every week, I tour multiple open houses to keep up with current design trends and market inventory. I also invest in my training and education to remain abreast of the industry as a whole. This information is used to my clients’ best advantage. It’s used to determine the most competitive list price and the best way to stage a home to make it the most desirable for potential buyers. And it's used to determine the best price to offer sellers to ensure my buyers get the home they want at a price they can afford. Awards include Keller Williams Tampa Central 2016 Rookie of the Year, KWTC 2016 Top Producer in Closed Volume (over $11 million), and KWTC Gold Award in Listing Volume for 2016 ($5-10 million). In 2017, I was the top Residential Sales Associate in Closed Volume. I was also the first recipient of the Dallas Coffield Award for the agent displaying the qualities of integrity and professionalism in 2018. To date, I am responsible for almost $50 million dollars in real estate sales.
